Hakea "Burrendong Beauty"

A medium spreading shrub with stiff oval shaped leaves and clusters of pink globular shaped flowers that grows up to 1.5 metres tall. This shrub prefers an open sunny position in well drained soil and is a great feature plant in the garden or pot. It attracts nectar eating birds, bees and other insects to the garden with its profuse flowers in winter and spring and can provide bird and lizard refuge.
