A prostrate plant that can grow to 40cm tall with shiny succulent spoon shaped leaves and blue fan shaped flowers with a yellow base. It requires full sun and sandy soil and is useful as a groundcover to spill over banks and soil binding in coastal locations as it tolerates salt spray and dry conditions.
